Responsibilities
Assisting in financial analysis and approval of credit for new customers
Reviewing credit of existing customers and identifying potential delinquent payment risks
Assisting in setting up of new customers in company software and ensuring the onboarding accuracy
Performing other tasks as necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred
2-3 years of experience working within credit department and/or 3PL accounting
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to exercise tact and courtesy in frequent contact with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
