Aston Carter provides corporate talent solutions and is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for temporary coverage during a leave of absence. This role will focus on transactional HR tasks, such as submitting HR tickets and processing appointments without salary.

Responsibilities

Submit HR tickets via PCMA (People Connect) for the different populations (staff/non-faculty academics/faculty) for the HR team. Process badge access requests and SPOT award tickets
Receive, review and submit paperwork for volunteer and affiliate appointments (also through PCMA). These are without salary appointments
Monitor the PsychiatryHR email inbox and tag the respective folks to address population-specific inquiries. Answer basic questions that come through (i.e. which team member handles XYZ population, where should I go for a benefits-related inquiry, do you handle VCP (volunteer clinical professor) appointments)
