Responsibilities
Support and oversee day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations
Manage and support supply chain and purchasing activities
Improve pick, pack, ship workflows for wholesale and e-commerce orders
Coordinate purchasing, inbound receipts, and inventory availability
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process discipline
Ensure correct use of NetSuite, RF-Smart, and SPS Commerce
Support ASN accuracy, labeling compliance, and retailer requirements
Help document, train, and reinforce SOPs
Identify operational issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
Partner closely with Finance on inventory controls, purchasing alignment, and reporting
Work closely with Sales on order fulfillment, delivery due dates, order exceptions, and inventory restock
Responsible for all customer service issues/questions that are warehouse/fulfillment related
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of operations or supply chain experience in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce
Hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP
Experience using RF-Smart or similar WMS tools
Exposure to SPS Commerce or retail EDI
Solid understanding of warehouse pick, pack, ship flow
Experience supporting purchasing, inventory planning, and cycle count programs
Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment
Preferred
DTC and wholesale fulfillment experience
Experience shipping to major retailers or distributors
Experience managing or supporting purchasing functions
Lean or continuous improvement exposure
Experience working closely with Finance teams
