Intern - Shopper Insights & Analytics

Responsibilities
Support work streams supporting growth strategies across our categories
Demonstrate actionable curiosity. Identify and nurture emerging trends, technologies, and insights to create competitive advantages, and critically, apply them to business questions
Learn and integrate multiple data streams to create a cohesive narrative utilizing retailer POS data, household panel, and internal research measures
Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of innovative thinking within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Consumer Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring innovative retail strategies to life
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring business applications drive commercial growth
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Business, Analytics, Economics or similar field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
Commutable distance to Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA
Must have a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable business recommendations
High propensity for curiosity and collaboration
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
