Responsibilities
Assist the Audit Team in the completion of an audit by performing fieldwork, which includes testing various samples of data, reviewing reports, and various other documentation to determine the effectiveness of the internal controls of the area being audited
Ensure that audits are conducted properly by learning the Audit Standards as established by the Institute of Internal Auditors, and following the steps outlined in the audit program, recording the findings, and analyzing the results
Ensure that findings in audit fieldwork are properly communicated to the In-Charge on an on-going basis during the audit
Helps out as needed by performing other related duties that may be necessary from time to time
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of a PC and calculator
Independent means of transportation
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Word and Excel preferred
