Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Financial Analyst 3 to manage the flow of products and ensure timely delivery of mobile phones and accessories. The role involves financial planning, analysis, and projections, as well as generating forecasts and reports to support decision-making in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Data analysis
Develop financial models that help with decision-making
Produce financial reports related to expenses, budgets, account payables, cost savings, etc
Review monitoring, and manage budgets
Create and submit monthly forecast and variance analysis
Reallocation of costs to appropriate cost centers
Manage month end closing process
Identify opportunities for performance improvement
Work closely with business operations leaders, finance, accounting, HQ, and other logistics members to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities
Responsible for driving continuous process improvements as related to financial management and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related (essential)
Minimum 5 years in financial planning & analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or other related fields
Results driven and ability to handle multiple projects
Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to lead meetings and prepare presentations with internal & external stakeholders
High proficiency in MS Excel, & PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience in a logistics supply chain (operations) environment preferred
Experience with SAP preferred
