Responsibilities
Preventative & Proactive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and PMs on all facility equipment and utility systems (RTUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, etc.) to maximize asset lifespan and eliminate unplanned downtime
Rapid Diagnosis & Repair: Act as the first responder to system failures. Swiftly and accurately troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, restoring full functionality with urgency and precision
Building Systems Management: Monitoring, operating, and adjusting environmental systems (HVAC, lighting) using the Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure peak energy efficiency and optimal occupant comfort
Safety & Regulatory Compliance (GXP/Pharma Focus): Use appropriate PPE equipment for execute maintenance works, follow Job Hazzard Analysis, strictly adhering to all company policies, regulatory standards (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, OSHA, GXP), and performing critical PMs on safety equipment (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, safety showers)
Detailed Documentation: Conduct essential daily facility rounds. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document all work orders (WO's)
Vendor Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact, effectively escorting and overseeing third-party contractors to ensure work is completed to our required standards

Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years experience in the implementation of the above
Central Plant Operations and Controls experience is a must, minimum of 5 years
