Responsibilities
Input manual data from all donations that do not come through our reader revenue vendor
Ensure donor data is up-to-date and accurate
In coordination with Major Gifts Coordinator and Development Coordinator, work to maintain the Major Donor CRM and Grants Tracker
Provide analysis on membership and reader data for use in fundraising campaigns and on-site fundraising appeals with the goal of acquisition and retention of members
Provide reporting and analysis for use in grant writing and reporting, as well as (at times) advertising
Working with the Director of Analytics, provide audience data to revenue teams as needed
Assist the Directors of Finance and Analytics on monthly financial and membership reports
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and experience in analyzing and preparing data
Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel
Strong writing and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with CRMs
Experience with project management
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tool
Marketing and presentation skills (deck creation, donor communications)
