Responsibilities
Clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources
Maintain databases to ensure data integrity across platforms
Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments
Prepare and submit reports, and assist with audits as needed
Assist in processing new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
3+ years of full cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience
Knowledge of ERP platforms and/or payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom, or similar
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Strong organizational and communication skills
