Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Process customer orders with care and accuracy
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about our products, components, and pricing
Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and work closely with the Customer Service Manager
Document customer order details in our customer database
Assist with filing and organizing customer documentation
Support packaging, shipping, and order tracking as needed to ensure timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling customer calls and emails
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Must be a nonsmoker due to product contamination prevention requirements
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
Preferred
Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS) or medical / laboratory environments is a plus
