Responsibilities
Oversees all Health Service programs in assigned communities
Responsible for supporting communities to reach or exceed Oakmont standards of care and all applicable regulations
Provides clinical consultation on complex care plans or conditions
Maintaining accountability in the community for resident safety and wellbeing
Utilizes key metrics, fundamentals of clinical systems management, evidence based practice, and Company policies and procedures to audit Health Service performance
Works directly with Health Service Directors and Executive Directors to execute plans of correction and monitor for completion
Qualification
Required
Must be an LVN holding a valid CA nursing license in good standing
Able to effectively teach/train staff
Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date
Preferred
Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
Two (2) years' experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Two (2) year experience supervising and managing employees
