PMO Business Manager

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager to serve as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO). This role is essential for ensuring contract-wide coordination, administrative compliance, and operational continuity, overseeing contract deliverables and financial management.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DLA-specific policies
Oversee development, submission, and tracking of all CDRLs
Manage contract deliverables, timelines, and milestones to support program accountability
Lead efforts in budget tracking, invoicing oversight, and financial reporting
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and cost control
Support market research, labor cost analysis, and pricing for current and future task orders
Lead coordination on legal, HR, and operational matters in support of CONUS and OCONUS deployments
Work closely with embedded HR, recruiting, and security specialists to ensure workforce readiness and compliance
Coordinate with corporate departments through direct reach-back to Team Olgoonik headquarters for legal, administrative, and operational support
Act as the alternate government point of contact for all operational requirements when the Director is on leave or unavailable
Provide daily coordination across DLA Distribution and DLA Disposition operations to ensure alignment with contract objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in federal contract management, DLA programs, or defense logistics operations
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting requirements
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with DLA systems, tools, and reporting structures
Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations and personnel deployment processes
PMP Certification or equivalent program management training
SECRET Level Required
Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Experience working with expeditionary or logistics-focused contracts
