Responsibilities
Facilitate youth and parent-focused curricula through workshops, sessions, and activities
Recruit, engage, and support participants while fostering strong relationships
Coordinate outreach with schools, counselors, and community partners
Collect and track participant data to measure program success
Organize special events, guest speakers, and activities to enhance learning
Represent PPRC in the community and contribute to a culture of growth and empowerment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years' experience in program facilitation or youth development
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and engage
Comfortable managing group dynamics and fostering inclusive spaces
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work some evenings/weekends
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus!
