Responsibilities

Developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinating cross‑functional teams, including engineering, construction, and procurement
Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards
Driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
Communicating progress and technical status to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must possess an active Secret clearance to start

Preferred

Project management experience on large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects
Proficiency with MS Project, strong Excel analytics
Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles
Basic construction skills familiarity with terminology of materials, processes, and trades
Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple contractors simultaneously
Proven track record of implementing robust safety programs and achieving zero-incident milestones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical data to senior executives
Experience with Lockheed Martin facility construction standards or defense-industry projects
