Responsibilities
Assist in disseminating information and providing education and training regarding CPUC policies, programs, and decisions
Attend workshops, meetings, and forums
Help conduct policy and data analysis
Participate in the annual review of reports submitted to assess CPUC compliance
Assist with the Equity and Access Grant Program
Engage with local government and community groups
Break down complex rules and policies into clear, accessible information
Promote California’s economic success by engaging with local business leaders and business associations
Qualification
Required
Eligibility for the position
Experience conducting and/or coordinating policy and technical analyses of programs and/or policies
Experience presenting results of analytic efforts and recommendations to management or stakeholders
Experience promoting and/or educating external stakeholders on policies and/or programs
Completed STD 678 state application with complete employment information
Copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications
Verification of United States course/degree equivalency for foreign education
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 or Electronic State Employment Application
