Responsibilities
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
Support mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
Take vital signs and assist with medications (after training)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Keep living areas tidy; light housekeeping and laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans and complete documentation accurately
Qualification
Required
Must be 19 years or older
HHA training and competency evaluation completed
CPR certification required
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Professional appearance, empathy, and strong work ethic
Must pass skills and written competency tests (80%+)
Must pass a comprehensive background check
