Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications using React Native for iOS
Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability
Integrate third‑party APIs, SDKs, and native modules when required
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and debug performance issues across platforms
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision‑making
Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in React Native
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Deep understanding of React Native architecture, hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar state-management libraries
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming
Experience with native modules and bridging (Android/iOS)
Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging and performance-profiling skills
Experience publishing apps to the App Store
Knowledge of mobile security best practices
Preferred
Experience with React Native New Architecture (TurboModules, Fabric)
Familiarity with Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or other mobile frameworks
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure)
Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable mentoring and guiding team members
