Start in 2026 SummerTesla is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support their Service Programs Team. The intern will optimize mobile service technician operations for Robotaxi servicing needs by analyzing historical route data and collaborating with service teams.

Responsibilities
Analyze historical route data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimizing technician schedules
Collaborate with service teams to understand operational constraints and requirements
Develop SQL/Excel-based models to quantify the impact of adding non-customer repairs to routes
Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with software teams to evaluate or design tools that support route optimization workflows
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Master's degree or MBA in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related field
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational goals, paired with a foundational understanding of software development structures
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools
