Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate legal operations projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and partners
Attend interviews and stakeholder meetings, contributing insights and value based on experience and program context
Capture, analyze, and maintain legal operations data, including completion of legal data inventories and assessment of operational maturity
Draft and maintain clear status updates, stakeholder communications, and presentation materials
Track deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion and alignment across workstreams
Support additional program and operational tasks as assigned
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program management and/or operations roles within a corporate or professional services environment
Strong project coordination skills, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Experience supporting interviews, meetings, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize operational data into actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting status updates and presentation materials
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Preferred
Experience supporting legal operations or legal-adjacent programs
Familiarity with legal data inventories, process documentation, or operational maturity assessments
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or compliance-oriented environments
