Customer Service Representative
Indianapolis Fruit Company is a distributor of fresh produce established in 1982. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
Process orders received via phone, fax, and email
Provide customers with product and service information
Assist customers in tracking deliveries
Handle and resolve customer issues
Issue product returns in the system
Work within our customers websites to process credits
Call customers and provide weekly specials
Perform special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build long-term relationships with employees and customers
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Attentive to details
Well organized
Preferred
Bilingual a plus – Spanish and English
