Operations Sr Manager (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience working in the customer's workspace and with customer processes
Demonstrated experience working in customer community supporting customer’s mission requirements
Demonstrated experience with leadership skills and support team members to achieve success
Demonstrated experience in creating reports and supporting high-level meetings and reviews
Demonstrated experience with data management processes and be able to support the team in documenting and tracking actions
Coordinates with accounts payable and programs to reconcile invoice issues to ensure prompt vendor payments occur
Support Data calls as required
Participates in special projects as required
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to obtain best pricing availability
Property tracking, inventory and management
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience working in the customer's workspace and with customer processes
Demonstrated experience working in customer community supporting customer's mission requirements

Demonstrated experience working well with a team. Listening and incorporating their input and needs to drive project completion
Demonstrated experience supporting technical operations with the customer or other IC agencies, to include demonstrated knowledge of operational environments, operational tradecraft, security, and counterintelligence
Demonstrated experience with written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas to audiences with varied technical and operational backgrounds
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with appropriate customer other USG organizations, and the IC to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads
Demonstrated experience with security and intelligence protocols and procedures
