Senior Brand & Content Manager
RevPilots is transforming commerce with end-to-end AI solutions. The Senior Brand & Content Manager is responsible for owning the brand voice and content strategy, ensuring clear and compelling communication across all external touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve our client's brand narrative, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
Ensure consistent and high-quality brand expression across website, campaigns, launches, and communications
Translate complex AI, data, and commerce capabilities into clear, compelling stories for enterprise audiences
Act as a steward of our client's brand, maintaining clarity and consistency as the company scales
Define and lead our client's content strategy across website, thought leadership, and customer storytelling
Own website content strategy and ongoing optimization in close partnership with Design and Product Marketing
Develop and oversee creation of blogs, POVs, whitepapers, bylined articles, and long-form content
Lead the development and management of customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories aligned to key industries and use cases
Establish editorial standards, content calendars, and review processes to ensure quality and consistency
Provide strategic direction to our client's marketing agency on content themes, narratives, and priorities
Review and refine agency-produced content to ensure alignment with our client's brand voice and positioning
Partner with agency teams on campaign storytelling, website evolution, and thought leadership initiatives
Ensure agency output supports our client's broader brand, product, and go-to-market strategy
Partner with executives on ghostwritten content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, presentations, and speaking materials
Support PR initiatives with strong narrative development and messaging alignment
Collaborate with Product Marketing on launch messaging, announcements, and platform storytelling to ensure consistency across brand and product narratives
Work closely with Product Marketing to align brand narrative with product positioning and go-to-market strategy
Partner with Design to bring content and storytelling to life visually and experientially
Coordinate with Marketing Automation and Operations on content distribution, lifecycle management, and performance measurement
Qualification
Required
Eight or more years of experience in brand and content roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Proven experience owning and governing brand narrative and content strategy
Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial leadership skills
Experience working closely with product marketing, design, agency, and executive teams
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
