Responsibilities
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management
You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting one to two directors in our high impact Last Mile org
From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international/domestic travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly
Qualification
Required
3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars
