Responsibilities

Develop inspection documentation based on critical engineering components, drawings, and specifications
Support the standardization of quality and inspection documentation across products and processes
Assist with process documentation (work instructions, SOPs)
Support time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis
Assist with new product introductions (NPI) or engineering changes (ECR/ECO support)
Assist with documenting existing quality and engineering processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and traceability
Help define and improve inspection criteria, methods, and acceptance standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, rework, and quality escapes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Strong attention to detail and interest in quality systems and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or quality systems is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
