Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and apply your functional and product proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
Provide futuristic business solutions in the planning domain
Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria, and optimize new reports features and models
Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis
Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients and assist with research initiatives for solution design
Drive the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies
Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication
Communicate with customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats, complex results to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years experience with Information Technology

Excellent in hands knowledge implementation, configuration and integration of leading market products as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle RPAS, etc
Locations for this position is Atlanta, GA. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in configuration/implementation efforts of client projects with advanced planning analytics, deployment, communication, and tactical assistance around Sales & Operations Planning, Demand, Inventory, Assortment, Supply & Response, Demand planning, Replenishment, Supply planning or Operational supply chain
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills -regression, forecasting, optimization, allocation, replenishment
Knowledge of integration to planning products
Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria, and optimize new reports features and models
Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis
Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients and assist with research initiatives for solution design
Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies
Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders' communication
Experience in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology and good understanding of Agile ceremonies
Communicate with customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats, complex results to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong Client interfacing skills, with prior experience in directly interfacing with IT Director, AVP, Architect levels
Experience with Retail and CPG industry
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
