Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned wholesale accounts, maintaining strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
Develop seasonal sales strategies, line presentations, and go-to-market plans
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, assortment optimization, and order execution
Partner with independent sales reps to support specialty store accounts and regional growth initiatives
Collaborate with internal design and product teams to develop men’s and women’s apparel and outerwear
Contribute to seasonal product direction across Fishing, Hunting, Golf, and Tennis categories
Provide market feedback, trend insights, and customer input to inform product development
Review samples, pricing, and line plans to ensure alignment with brand positioning and customer needs
Work closely with a team of 2 Account Executives and an Assistant to execute sales and operational initiatives
Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of junior team members (Senior AE level)
Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and accuracy
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Track sales performance and analyze trends to identify opportunities and risks
Ensure accurate order entry, follow-through, and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of experience in apparel sales, wholesale account management, or product-driven roles
Strong understanding of men's and women's apparel and outerwear
Experience working with specialty retail and/or independent sales reps
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience in performance, outdoor, or lifestyle categories (Fishing, Hunting, Golf, Tennis)
Product development or design collaboration experience
Leadership experience (Senior Account Executive level)
