As a Security Officer - Residential Driver Patrol, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, respond to resident concerns, and help deter security-related incidents in a residential community.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate updates to the appropriate parties
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related issues
Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, reporting findings through required channels
Complete clear, accurate documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoff notes per site requirements
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
