Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
Promote individual rights and advocate for their needs
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Complete assigned documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
Plan, prepare, and execute activities for individuals
Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality of client information
Oversee the day program staff and ensure they are completing all assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
Ability to respond to emergencies appropriately
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Available to work morning shifts M-F
Be 21 years or older
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Have a Utah DL/ID and able to drive company vehicles
Have a clean driving record
Preferred
