Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries related to insurance (CPI) and titles
Process indirect loan funding, payoffs, and disability claims
Balance General Ledgers for dealer reserves and insurance
Administer CPI program, appraisal orders, and loan extensions
Generate delinquency and exception reports for management
Maintain loan accounts in compliance with SCRA and security procedures
Identify and communicate operational issues or process improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong math, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient with PC and standard office software
Must be bondable
Preferred
4+ years of financial institution experience preferred
2+ years of lending-related experience preferred
