Administrative Support Assistant*

They are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide diverse secretarial and administrative support, serving as a liaison for office services and coordinating various administrative projects.

Responsibilities
Liaison Duties: Monitor phone calls, respond to routine questions, and route callers to appropriate staff members
Logistics: Coordinate work calendars, schedule conference rooms, and ensure key staff are present for briefings
IT Coordination: Coordinate help desk tickets for IT equipment installation and maintenance
Records Management: Establish and maintain functional filing systems and track suspense on project milestones
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of experience assisting administrators at the GS-12/13 level is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
Must be a U.S. citizen and meet DHS suitability requirements
Preferred
An AA, BS, or BA degree is highly preferred
