Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of initial conceptual site plans and density studies

Support due diligence by reviewing design-related aspects and other pre-construction studies

Support during the entitlement process with site plan applications, presentations, meetings, and public outreach

Lead design development through conceptual and schematic architectural plans, renderings, and presentations

Lead outside architects and consultants to ensure complete, accurate, and timely drawing deliverables

Lead value engineering efforts, participating in design meetings, and integrating feedback from various stakeholders

Required

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Expertise in architectural design, construction drawings review, and understanding of building codes and zoning regulations

Experience working through all design phases, with knowledge of materials and detailing associated with Type I, Type III and Type V multifamily and mixed-use construction

Capability in evaluating and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors

Collaborative and leadership skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus

Must have experience in multi-family or mixed-use development projects
