Open Road Brands LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Walmart Retail Operations. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate operational execution within Walmart and Sam’s Club systems, ensuring accuracy and continuity across item setup, content management, and retail launches.

Responsibilities

Manage item setup, maintenance, and accuracy across Walmart systems including Item360, QMS, NOVA, and Scintilla/Charter
Ensure content health accuracy across product data, attributes, and system requirements
Monitor replenishment signals and inventory health to support in-stock performance
Track OTIF, service KPIs, and operational performance metrics
Support operational readiness for product launches, promotions, and assortment changes
Own and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and standard operating procedures
Coordinate cross-functional communication with sales, category management, supply chain, demand planning, finance, and eCommerce teams
Identify execution risks, gaps, or breakdowns and proactively escalate and resolve issues
Partner with Walmart merchant teams to support accurate and timely execution
Drive consistency, accountability, and process discipline across Walmart retail operations

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting retail operations, item setup, or account execution within Walmart or similar large-scale retailers preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and process-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards, trackers, and operational reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
