Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered logistics products across the stack, from front-end user experiences to backend infrastructure
Own architecture and core systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Work closely with the founding team to turn product ideas into reality and define the long-term technical roadmap
Collaborate with early users to iterate quickly based on feedback and real-world needs
Contribute to the culture of speed, craftsmanship, and autonomy that defines the engineering team
Qualification
Required
BSCS or similar degree preferred
2 to 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (ideally at a fast-moving startup)
Strong backend foundation (Python/FastAPI or equivalent), with solid front-end experience in React or similar frameworks
Track record of shipping high-quality code and owning projects from concept to deployment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; you take initiative and thrive with autonomy
Preferred
Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
Prior work on AI-enabled or data-intensive products
