Responsibilities
Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit
Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models
Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets
Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams
Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC)
Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards
Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Experience with multifamily residential projects
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables
