Responsibilities
Create and execute marketing content that effectively communicates EFG’s value, expertise, and brand voice
Draft engaging blogs, refresh existing case studies, and help develop new customer stories
Manage and grow EFG’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X)
Monitor engagement, track performance, and recommend improvements to expand reach and visibility
Partner with teams across the organization to gather insights, content, and technical input
Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for ongoing marketing campaigns and creative projects
Foster Co-Op marketing opportunities with vendors and partners to support joint initiatives
Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing materials and digital platforms
Update and maintain webpages, landing pages, and digital assets as needed
Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives to improve customer engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
Strong writing and storytelling ability with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong multi-tasking skills, organization, and follow-through
Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Level/title may be adjusted based on experience
