Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of eBay’s compliance training strategy that promotes a culture of integrity, addresses emerging risk areas, and reflects best in class training practices
Identify and implement tools, technologies, and learning methods to enhance participant engagement and improve the impact of compliance education initiatives
Partner with key stakeholders to drive timely training completion, assess training effectiveness, and report key program metrics to senior leadership
Develop a process to use training metrics to identify ethics & compliance program enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, human resources, corporate communications, or a related field
Significant expertise in instructional design and modern training delivery (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning)
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools for monitoring, reporting, and improving training effectiveness
Proven ability to translate legal and business requirements into clear, engaging, and actionable content for diverse audiences
Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Collaborative, consultative approach with a passion for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity
