InternLoureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Landscape Architect Intern to join their Building & Land Engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience in site design and development, allowing students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist in landscape architectural design tasks such as site layout, grading, drainage, planting and lighting design, and land planning
Support preparation of plans, drawings, and land use permit applications
Use AutoCAD and other graphic or technical software to support design and communications
Conduct site visits and field investigations under the supervision of a licensed landscape architect
Contribute to construction oversight and reporting tasks
Perform other site development-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Junior, senior, or graduate-level student pursuing a degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Strong understanding of landscape architectural principles
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design or rendering software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus
