Define and execute long‑term manufacturing strategies, capability roadmaps, and capital investment plans aligned with program and enterprise objectives
Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering interface to program leadership, internal & external customers, and executive stakeholders
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing manufacturing engineering organization supporting multiple production programs
Champion a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Define and execute long‑term manufacturing strategies, capability roadmaps, and capital investment plans aligned with program and enterprise objectives
Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering interface to program leadership, internal & external customers, and executive stakeholders
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing manufacturing engineering organization supporting multiple production programs
Champion a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Design for Automation & Automated Manufacturing Processes: Proven ability to create product designs that enable fully automated production lines
Additive Manufacturing Expertise: Knowledge of AM processes, materials, and practical applications
Model Based Engineering & Digital Manufacturing Environment: Experience with model‑based engineering tools, configuration management, and digital work instruction systems (e.g., Windchill PLM)
CAD & PLM Proficiency: Advanced skill in CAD software and familiarity with Windchill PLM (or comparable platforms)
Cost & Earned Value Management: Background as a System Cost Account Manager or equivalent, including proposal development, cost estimating, and earned value tracking
Lean / Six Sigma Methodology: Green or Black Belt certification and practical application of lean principles to improve process efficiency
Government Customer Experience: Direct experience working with federal/government programs and stakeholders
Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, develop training/upskilling plans, and mentor personnel
Technical Communication: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences, including written reports, presentations, and briefings
Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of SAP MRP production control (or comparable ERP) and other manufacturing execution systems
