Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users through multiple service channels
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
Assist with device setup, software installations, and general system usage guidance
Perform hardware repairs/upgrades and manage software across operating systems
Engage in asset management, including inventory and device lifecycle management
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
Experience with network configurations and connectivity troubleshooting
Proficient in ServiceNow and Google Suite applications
Bachelor's degree or over 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or enterprise IT support role
