Responsibilities
Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue
Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning
Use market information and cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide greater insight into GP drivers
Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes as well as providing analysis on customer pricing scenarios. Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers
Act as a valued business partner to the Engage Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization
Collaborate with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business
Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint
Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus
Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story
Strong 'customer service' focus and ability to create value for stakeholders
Humble, personable, and a collaborative team player. Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred
Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus
