Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Sigma and Mode to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven insights
Analyze trends, drivers, and performance changes to support operational and strategic decisions
Manipulate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work with data from WMS and TMS systems to support supply chain and logistics reporting
Help define and standardize metrics so teams are aligned on a single source of truth
Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, summaries, and presentations
Take ownership of your work and continuously look for ways to improve data quality, tooling, and processes
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards and analyses in Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Experience with data manipulation and transformation (strong SQL preferred)
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment
Comfort operating with ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback
Preferred
Experience working with WMS, TMS, or other supply chain/logistics systems
Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks
Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends
Interest in growing into more advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting work
