Responsibilities

Answer phone and direct calls, process daily mail, manage incoming/outgoing shipments
Handles dispatch calls & orders in fast-paced environment
Coordinate projects with field staff & vendors
Cross train with other staff members to assist as needed
Assist with day to day office functions and special projects
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
At least 1-year prior experience in reception/administrative role is required
Polished, energetic, team-centric attitude and communication style is required
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience thriving in busy construction office is a plus
Tech savvy skills to learn new software/applications quickly
