Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives
Engage with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to elicit and document complete user stories, ensuring readiness for presentation during refinement sessions
Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery and closure
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and strategic goals
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features align with business expectations
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and use data insights to drive continuous product and process enhancements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies

Required

4+ years related Business Analyst experience supporting Agile teams with a track record of successful delivery
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project documentation practices
Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
U.S. residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree (or higher) *experience may be substituted for degree

Preferred

Knowledge of CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeals processes
Familiarity with contact center operations and case management workflows
