They are seeking an Applications Analyst responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG Workforce Management and Workday Time & Absence modules, ensuring optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling
Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning
Support UKG application management day to day activities
Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades
Ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday for time and absence data
Participate in testing cycles (Unit, UAT, End-to-End) and document results
Translate business requirements into system configurations for attendance and accrual policies
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
Provide Tier 2/3 support
Resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems

Required

Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling)
Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting
Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems

Preferred

Experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler optimization for manufacturing or multi-shift environments
Familiarity with integration tools and data migration between UKG and Workday
Knowledge of compliance standards related to time and attendance
