BRIX Recruiting Partners is a regional residential construction company, and they are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will lead banking relationships, drive due diligence for acquisitions, and own the P&L cadence across the business.

Responsibilities

The CFO will be a member of the executive leadership team serving as a dynamic, engaging executive presence representing the company at a “main stage” level
Lead banking relationships and negotiate working capital/lines of credit to support rapid growth and expansion
Drive due diligence and finance leadership support for acquisitions (M&A)
Analyze and close real estate deals in the CFO/company finance leader capacity
Own the P&L cadence by leading forecasting, budgets vs. actuals, and accountability for profit goals across the business
Evaluate and potentially help build/structure an in-house financing/lending function to reduce third-party financing cost
Assess the current finance team and determine future structure and staffing needs

Required

CFO experience within the construction industry
Proven experience in high growth/multi-market expansion environments
