Guest Check-in Staff
B3ON Corporate is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to join their dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service at their esteemed hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel using our reservation software
Verify guest identification and booking information to ensure accuracy
Provide guests with key cards, information about the hotel facilities, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the check-in process with a solution-oriented approach
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate check-in procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role
