Responsibilities

Ownership of a project to interact with all COEs, demonstrating analytical abilities and critical thinking skills while helping to solve real-life business problems
Knowledge and experience with Quality, manufacturing, lean concepts and application, and production plans through your daily tasks and projects
Strong collaboration within the site leadership teams, cross-functional department teams, and potentially contractors, and vendors
Active participation in Pure Ambition program activities

Required

Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in food science, operations, engineering, business, or related field
Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
