Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation
Create Application Architecture Document (AAD)
Create Design Artifacts
Review team deliverables
Deliver High quality codes
Support Deployment and Post deployment related activities
Support Transition activities
Interface with internal team and key stakeholders
Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and Norms
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis/IN, Greensboro, Raleigh/NC, Phoenix/AZ, Richardson/TX or be willing to relocate to the area
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
Application development and support experience in using Python, react js, API's, Azure SQL, Design and development experience using Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Preferred
Experience in Python Web Application Development. Along with, experience in API development, related services, and controllers
Expertise in database connectivity modules (preferably with FAST API, SQLAlchemy, or similar) and Core Python Skills
Understanding of Python fundamentals. Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
Understanding of space-time complexity and strong understanding of APIs. Also, clarity in fundamentals of Relational and NoSQL Databases. Experience with CI/CD Pipelines. Proficiency in Unit Testing too
Experience in ReactJS, React Query, NodeJS, JavaScript, typescript, CSS, HTML. Testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Material UI
Experience with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser-compatible code
Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or MobX)
Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks
Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization
One needs to be technically proficient and responsible for quality related to the design, build and implementation of the product/service
