Responsibilities
Follow instructions/guidance of upper management
Serve as a great example of the GLW Culture by understanding, and consistently following, and maintaining the policies and procedures of GLW
Must demonstrate being discrete, prompt, and professional
Break down loaded pallets of product
Glue together supplied new packaging for operation
Remove product contents and transfer into new packaging
Strategically arranging product on pallets for safe shipment
Wrapping pallets for product securement
Working in a physical and extremely fast paced environment
Organizing and cleaning used workplaces at the end of each shift
Any other task as requested by management
Qualification
Required
Must be able to support the Great Lakes Warehousing culture with a focus on teamwork and a commitment to service
Verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
US Citizenship required
Preferred
Previous experience with physical labor
Ability to follow direction
Experience within a warehouse environment
Valid Driver's License
