Program Coordinator II

Responsibilities
Managing the daily operation of the departments which include 5 separate degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate level
Coordination and execution of proposed degree program offerings within the departments
Serve as an initial contact person for students seeking departmental related degrees
Make marketing decisions and develop educational/informational materials regarding the programs
Manage general departmental budgets
Manage faculty and student travel
Publish newsletters
Organize and manage symposiums and department external advisory board meetings
Assist with accreditation reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience coordinating programs and optimizing administrative processes
Proficiency with the full range of common office software, database management, and website content tools
Effective public relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Earned associate's degree (or higher)
Experience in higher education
Experience managing people
Background in developing training, seminars, or other promotional materials
Experience with grant management
BANNER software experience, and Oredigger Web experience
